Co-Founder & Director

Alistair is our Co-Founder and Director. A seasoned tech recruiter since 2014, with a keen eye for data and product specialisms. Alistair’s developed a great reputation in the industry and has been instrumental in bringing success to the many companies he’s supported over the years. He’s a passionate innovator, staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the recruitment space; using this information to support his customers with niche requirements across the technology landscape.

JORDAN BIDDLE

Co-Founder & Director

Jordan is one of Wales’ most successful technology recruiters and is an expert in sourcing talent, primarily in the Open Source Development & DevOps space. He is a hard worker, believing that “you get out what you put in”, and his successes are a true reflection of that. With five years experience as a senior recruiter and team lead recruiting specialists across the South West and London; Jordan now leads Accelero’s Open Source Development & DevOps divisions, additionally taking responsibility for championing our core values.

BEN WOODWARD

Co-Founder & Director

Ben has been the leading .Net & Software Testing Recruiter covering South Wales for the past 6 years. In addition to this accolade, Ben built a highly successful recruitment team from the ground up, to a stage where he successfully managed eight consultants across Technology & Business Change. During that time he’s established himself as the .Net & Test market expert with both he and his team becoming the go-to Technology recruiters in South Wales. Ben now leads our. Net Development & Software Testing divisions.
